Retail audio is a hard measurement problem. A store is a noisy environment. Promotions run. Staff changes. Foot traffic spikes on Saturdays and dies on Tuesdays. Separating the effect of what plays on the speakers from everything else that shifts in a store takes rigor that most audio vendors have never tried to bring to the work.
That is the problem Mrinmayi joined Entuned to work on.
Why is Mrinmayi the right person to lead retail GTM? #
She reached out first. When she did, she did not pitch her resume. She named the problem she wanted to work on: disciplined experimentation in noisy, physical environments. That is a specific thing to identify, and it told us she had already done the thinking.
Background #
Mrinmayi has production pipeline experience, a track record in A/B testing infrastructure, and a B.S. in Data Science from NJIT. She has shipped retention and engagement work at scale in a prior role. She starts this quarter.
For retailers interested in pilot work with us, nothing changes. The pilots run the same way. Mrinmayi’s work is on the inside of our operation, not on the customer-facing side.
