Enterprise
Music as a measurable variable. Across your locations.
Multi-location rollouts of music engineered to your customer and your outcome. Custom Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) design, performance guarantees where lift can be cleanly measured, dedicated success contact, white-glove deployment.
What this tier is for
Multi-store operators who need the lift to show up in the report.
If you run a region or a fleet, your bonus is tied to store performance, and your existing measurement stack already tracks dwell, conversion, and basket — Enterprise turns the audio environment into a measurable lever inside that stack. Same engine as Boost and Professional, deployed against a multi-location operating reality and paired with a structured measurement protocol.
Common entry shape: a structured pilot in a paired set of test and control stores, 12 weeks of measurement against your existing reporting, a written readout, then a across all locations rollout if the numbers clear the bar you set.
The Enterprise Pilot
A measured pilot before your locations rollout.
Twelve weeks. Matched test and control stores. Your existing analytics stack as the measurement layer. The pilot answers the question every operator's CFO asks: did the audio lever move what we said it would move?
Discovery and ICP design.
Sixty to ninety minutes with you and your team. We learn your stores, your customers, your current audio setup, and the specific outcome metrics your reporting already tracks. You leave with a brief that names the ICP (or ICPs) we will build the music against and the measurement protocol for the pilot window.
Music build and review.
We build the original catalogue against the ICPs and outcomes from the brief. You listen, you give notes, we adjust. Nothing goes live in your stores until you have signed off on what your customers will hear and your staff will hear for 2,000 hours a year.
Go live in test stores.
The stream goes live on the audio system you already have. iPad, Sonos, AirPlay, hardwired — whatever is running today. Your control stores stay on whatever they are running today. No new hardware, no installer.
Measurement window.
Pilot music runs in the test stores. Control stores stay unchanged. We watch your existing reporting weekly against the agreed window. Where Professional-tier self-improving refinement is part of the deployment, the music is also refining against your store data through this window.
Readout and rollout decision.
Written readout against the metrics you set: dwell, conversion, basket, traffic, return visits — whatever your reporting tracks. If the numbers cleared the bar, we talk across all locations rollout terms. If they did not, you keep the data and the relationship ends cleanly.
What Enterprise Includes
Beyond the Professional tier.
Your ICPs are designed against your specific customer base in collaboration with our team, not picked from a template. Multiple ICPs — Professional tailors music to each distinct customer type your store serves, instead of averaging them into a single profile.
Tempo range, lyrical density, instrumentation, energy arc, cultural reference set — every parameter of the audio environment specified on purpose to fit the customer your stores are built to serve and the brand you have built.
Where lift can be cleanly measured against your existing reporting infrastructure, we will negotiate a performance guarantee tied to a specific outcome metric over a specific window. Negotiated per-engagement; not a public commitment.
A single point of contact at Entuned for the duration of the engagement. Founder consults during the initial deployment. Quarterly business reviews against your reporting once your locations is live.
We handle deployment store-by-store across your locations. Coordination with your store ops team, audio system audits where needed, training material for store managers on the manual controls available to them on the floor.
POS integration is standard at Enterprise. The system reads sales and traffic data tied to environmental conditions in your stores and refines the music against your store's outcomes as the dataset grows. Compounds over weeks of data, not days.
What You Bring
What the engagement needs from your side.
Most commercial setups work without modification — Sonos, AirPlay, Bluetooth, line-in, hardwired. Where the system is unusual, we audit on the discovery call.
At least one paired set of test and control stores for the pilot. We help select pairs matched on traffic profile, format, and revenue baseline so the comparison is clean.
API or export access to the reporting your operators already use — RetailNext, Aptos, Lightspeed, Shopify POS, custom dashboards. We integrate against what you already pay for.
60–90 minutes with someone who knows your customer and your stores. The brief produced from that session governs every parameter the music engine generates against.
Pricing
Negotiated per-location, structured around the engagement.
Enterprise pricing is per-location, negotiated as part of the agreement, and structured around the specific deployment shape — number of stores, number of ICPs, integration depth, and any negotiated performance terms. The pilot has its own commercial structure separate from across all locations rollout terms.
